Application:
It is a super vulcanization accelerator for natural rubber and styrene-butadiene rubber. It is usually used together with thiazole and sulfenamide accelerators because it does not stain or pollute. It can also be used as a main accelerator for continuous vulcanization. Rubber can be added directly without causing scorch, the vulcanization speed is fast, and the tensile strength can be increased. Mainly used in the manufacture of air bags (inner tubes, water tubes), used together with thiuram and thiazole accelerators to increase the vulcanization speed. The amount added as vulcanizing agent is 2-4%, and the amount added as accelerator is 0.5-2%.
