Application

The product is used in natural rubber and a variety of synthetic rubber, is a reactive non-extraction antioxidant, because the maleimide system in the vulcanization process can accept free radicals open double bonds, the formation of horizontal bonds and rubber crosslinking, played a role in aging not extraction, and this horizontal bond has high stability for thermal oxidation. In addition, the N-substituted derivatives of maleimide can also be used as vulcanizing agents, such as adding peroxides during vulcanization to produce free radicals, and then causing grafting polymerization and cross-linking, so that the formed macromolecules are not easy to extract. Because the product has the characteristics of oil resistance and heat aging without extraction, it can replace 4010NA,4020 and other antioxidant used in rubber compound. The dosage and vulcanization conditions are the same as 4010NA antioxidants, generally in two parts.
