Piroctone Olamine (PO; OCT)

Introduction

Piroctone ethanolamine salt makes the only anti-dandruff and anti-itch agent that can be used in leave-on hair products so far. Piroctone ethanolamine salt has a broad-spectrum killing effect on fungi and molds, and has good therapeutic effect on ringworm of feet and hands. It can be used as a preservative in cosmetics and a fungicide in soap, and has thickening properties. Therefore, Piroctone ethanolamine salt is a multifunctional anti-dandruff and anti-itch antiseptic, which is widely used in shampoo, bath, cosmetics and detergents.
