Used for measuring lead, zinc, aluminum, iron, cobalt, antimony, nickel, and tin. Used as esterification agents in organic synthesis, as well as in various fields such as photography, pharmaceuticals, dyeing and printing agents, buffering agents, chemical reagents, meat preservatives, pigments, tanning, etc. 3. Used as a buffering agent, flavoring agent, fragrance enhancer, and pH regulator. As a buffering agent for seasoning, it can alleviate unpleasant odors and prevent discoloration. When improving flavor, use 0.1% to 0.3%. Has a certain anti mold effect, such as using 0.1% to 0.3% on fish mince products and bread. It can also be used as sour agent for sauce, pickled Chinese cabbage, mayonnaise, fish cake, sausage, bread, sticky cake, etc. Mix with methylcellulose, phosphate, etc. to improve the preservation of sausages, bread, sticky cakes, etc. 4. Used as an anti coking agent for sulfur regulating chloroprene rubber coking, the dosage is generally 0.5 parts by mass. It can also be used as a crosslinking agent for animal glue. 5.
