It is a thiazole heterocyclic compound containing active sulfur atoms that crosslinks halogen-containing polymers. Suitable for chlorinated butyl rubber, chloroprene vulcanization crosslinking, especially can be used as a high efficiency accelerator of chloroprene rubber. JXBHgran MTT-80 compared with ETU-75 mother pellets, this product maintains the good physical properties and aging resistance of ETU-75 mother pellets vulcanized neoprene rubber, but also improves the scorch performance and operation safety of the rubber, and has faster vulcanization characteristics.
