Application:

An ultra-rapid vulcanization accelerator commonly used in the field of plastic rubber additives in my country, suitable for latex of natural rubber, isoprene rubber, butadiene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber and nitrile rubber. Compared with sodium diethyldithiocarbamate, the accelerating effect is higher and vulcanization can be carried out at room temperature. The vulcanization flatness is also good. Vulcanized rubber is soft and transparent with good physical properties. This product can be used together with thiurams, thiazoles and guanidine accelerators. When used as the second accelerator of thiazoles, the blending amount is smaller than the accelerators TMTD and PZ. This product is slightly polluting and is mainly used in the manufacture of sponge rubber, balloons, gloves, glue and general latex products.
