Application:

Accelerator for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers, it can produce flat and medium-speed fluidization, has a high vulcanization temperature, has significant aftereffects, will not vulcanize early, is safe to operate, easy to disperse, does not pollute, and the vulcanized rubber is resistant to Ageing. This product has a slow vulcanization speed when used alone. It is usually used in combination with thiuram, dithiocarbamates, aldehyde amines, and guanidine accelerators. It is an excellent anti-scorch agent for G-type neoprene. Mainly used in the manufacture of tires, rubber hoses, rubber shoes, tape and other general industrial products. It can also act as a plasticizer or retarder in neoprene.
